14A woman named Lydia, from the city of Thyatira, a seller of purple fabrics, a worshiper of God, was listening; and the Lord opened her heart to respond to the things spoken by Paul.
15And when she and her household had been baptized, she urged us, saying, "If you have judged me to be faithful to the Lord, come into my house and stay." And she prevailed upon us.

THIS LADY WANTED TO BE JUDGED?! YEP! She asked that Luke & Paul "size up" her faith. If she was deemed an authentic follower, they would enter her home. If she was deemed to be a fraud, they would leave. They judged her. When they did, did they "condemn" her? Or did they just make an opinion about the authenticity of her faith. I believe that made an opinion. We should be able to make opinions also.
So again, here I'm getting that by a person's actions you can draw conclusions about them. Using the words "drawing conclusions" makes more sense to me than "judging". That's my elementary teacher mind working.
It definitely is the same meaning. We should always consider the words "judge, judging" as "drawing conclusions, making opinions". We actually should be proud when people can draw the conclusion that we are legit.
I like the term "drawing conclusions" it makes sense because our actions speak louder than our words.
